Over the past 40 years, globalization and new technologies have created new markets, greater productivity and new high paying jobs. However, this has come at a cost. Automation and robotics are erasing jobs much faster than the digital economy can create them. In order for us to recover and create a more inclusive society, we must find a way to reinvent the current model of capitalism and create a more workable economy for all.

Is the American dream out of reach for hard-working people? Can we prevent a future where wealth is aggregated at the top? How do we ensure that new technologies and a globalized workforce are forces for good?
